Overview

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease which commonly affects the last joints of the fingers, base of the thumb, hip, knee, big toe and spine. Recent clinical studies have shown that two substances, Glucosamine and Chondroitin can help provide relief of joint pain and help improve joint mobility. At doses of 1500mg of Glucosamine and 1200mg of Chondroitin a day, in a ratio of 5:4, these substances can repair cartilage and encourage joint elasticity. Glucosamine is a naturally occurring building block for joint tissue, thus helping to prevent degeneration of the joint. Chondroitin is responsible for maintaining the flexible matrix between the protein filaments in cartilage and connective tissue, helping in joint repair. Directions for use

Recommended daily adult dosage: 1 serve per day. For optimum results, empty contents of a single Joint Relief Forte sachet into a glass and then fill with approximately 200mL of water. Stir vigorously for 1 minute. Please note it is common to experience some product residue in the glass.
