Directions for use

Take 1 tablet once per day with food. Maximum 1 tablet per day.

Warnings & Precautions

• Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary intake of vitamins is inadequate. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily does of 150μg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy, without medical advice. Do not use if the cap seal is broken or missing.
