Overview

BioSource Women’s Wellbeing Formula is a multivitamin and mineral supplement
specially formulated for women to meet their nutritional needs. Taken as a daily
supplement, it provides the important nutrients including Vitamin B6, Calcium and
Iron, necessary for a woman’s maintenance and improvement of general wellbeing.
The B group vitamins play an essential role in the metabolic processes of all living
cells by serving as coenzymes in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins
and fats to produce energy. Also, the normal function and maintenance of the
nervous system relies on the presence of the B group vitamins for the production
of hormones and neurotransmitters.
The nutrients betacarotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, manganese, copper and
selenium have antioxidant properties that may reduce the risk of cell damage
attributed to free radicals.
Iron is essential for oxygen transport, for energy production and for a healthy
immune system.
Vitamin D is important for building and maintaining healthy bone mass, and in
maintaining bone density.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet once per day with food.
Maximum 1 tablet per day.

Warnings & Precautions

• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of
• 100μg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Selenium
• containing products are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.
• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
• Not to be used in children under 2 years without medical advice.
• If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner.
• Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
• Due to the herbal contents, this product is not recommended in pregnancy.
